EYFSG runs term time only, from 9am – 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Our consumables charge of £3.00 per 3 hour funded session covers everything that is not education, but is not limited to, nappies, wipes, nappy bags, nappy cream, baby bottles, formula milk, bibs, paper towels, soap, tissues, face cloths, snacks, lunch, cot/bed sheets, sun cream, water bottles/cups, additional activities, celebrations and trips out and about.

For 15 hour funded children booking additional sessions, the cost is as above, and wraparound care is charged at the same rates as above.

Funded children who access the EYFSG can bring a packed lunch or choose to pay the consumables charge for a hot cooked lunch. Please note, a meal option must be chosen at the start of each term and cannot be changed until the next term.

This is our standard hours tariff, providing that the invoice is settled in full within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Invoices settled after 7 days will incur a late payment charge, at a flat rate of £5.00 for invoices under £100.00, and £20.00 for invoices over £100.00.

Adhoc , one off and extra sessions
Ad hoc, one off and extra sessions can be booked and will be charged as above, subject to availability. 15 minute ‘blocks’ can be added to the start or end of any session at the cost of £2.00 each, providing that they do not exceed our standard hours of 8am – 6pm.

EYFS grant funded sessions, once booked, cannot be changed within that term.
We are open from 8am until 6pm, Monday to Friday, 51 weeks of the year excluding Bank Holidays.

We also offer a 10% discount off the eldest child’s fees for siblings, excluding funded sessions.
